Jezebel is a film which is not judgemental or even takes a affiliate with its protagonist, in fact , you empathize with young Jewelry, even though she’ s producing a myriad of bad decisions.
Tiffany is searching for something she’ s misplaced over the years and fills that void connecting with milf unknown men on the internet. She’ s also someone who really wants to prove her worth and value in spite of the circumstances that surround her — surviving in a small studio with her siblings and Sabrina’ s boyfriend. Sabrina also enables her sister to make her own missteps and doesn’ t scold her for doing it. It’ s almost as though she’ s allowing Jewelry to figure out the mistakes onto her own since Sabrina herself, likely didn’ t possess anyone to tell her how not to make them as well.
The film is also manufactured by Janine Sherman Barrois, award-winning writer/producer and the showrunner in the TNT breakout hit Claws.
Jezebel explores a new kind of family pattern in a rich way and leaves the viewer to make the decision for themselves what is considered to be morally right and wrong.
